Glen is a great guy. Really knowledgeable, and was super quick and done a great job. The original problem was a leak in the loft in the evening, he answered his phone and was willing to come out straight away. We discussed the problem and he suggested he would come out in the morning. He arrived on time and fixed the problem. Will 100% use Glen again and I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Late Thursday evening before I had to travel to an important meeting, and with my wife also away, the central heating filling loop expansion vessel in one of our rental properties ruptured. Water was dripping down over the cylinder and controls. We knew it had to be turned off, and we anticipated cold & unhappy tennants. We called several emergency plumbers, but they couldn't get to us quickly enough. We found and called Glen, who came out straight away, without a callout charge. He closed down the heating system. He inspired trust, and we were happy to give him a key to the main door. The next day he managed to find an expansion vessel having had to shop around. After a long day working on another customer's issue, he came to our property. He fitted the new expansion vessel and tested everything. The job was done to a high quality of workmanship, and the issue is resolved. Pricing was more than fair. The next time we need a really good plumber, we'll call Glen.

We can't recommend Glenn enough He is everything you could want in a plumber - honest, knowledgeable, thorough & very experienced. As he knows what he's doing and because he charges by the hour or part of an hour, you're not paying for any wasted time. This meant that the issues we've had up to now (a leaky stopcock tap; a hot water tap which wouldn't turn on; & an intermittent overflow problem) were all sorted very quickly at a very reasonable price. We'll now always be using Glenn for all our future plumbing needs. We're so pleased we found him! Thanks again Glenn for all your help & for also fitting us in at such short notice on what should have been your day off i.e. your birthday !
